This retaining wall resembles a natural progression of rock and stone. It’s hard to tell this entire area had to be carefully hardscaped to receive the rugged and organic look. Selected stones were hewn with rough looking edges and vegetation was planted between levels to create a cohesive look.
Serenity Outside
These Waterford homeowners wanted a safer backyard with easy access from their exposed basement. A series of pathways and steps lead from the basement door to a bench for watching sunsets. A once overgrown backyard instead works with nature.
